About us
E. Marker A/S is a Danish, international company with around 18 employees and more than 25 years’ experience in developing innovative solutions for professional turf management.
Our products help greenkeepers, stadium greenkeepers and landscape contractors create healthy, high-performance turf – using fewer pesticides and with a clear focus on organic solutions.
Under the TourTurf® brand, we sell our products directly in Germany, Austria, Denmark, Sweden and the Benelux countries through our own eight-strong sales team. We also supply customers worldwide via distribution partners.

Your responsibilities
As a sales representative, you will be independently responsible for your region and act as the main point of contact for professional users in the golf and sports turf sector, in stadiums and in the landscaping sector.
Your duties:
- Supporting and advising our existing customers in North Rhine-Westphalia
- Actively acquiring new customers
- Building brand awareness for TourTurf® in Germany together with three colleagues
- Developing bespoke fertilisation plans and providing close, personalised customer support
- In the future: supporting our technical advisor in the Benelux countries
- Organising and attending trade fairs and seminars at home and abroad
Your profile
You’ll be a good fit for us if you’re cheerful, have strong sales skills and come from the green sector.
What you bring to the role:
- Experience in field sales
- A passion for advising and selling
- Initiative and strong communication skills
- Enthusiasm for golf / football, horticulture, agriculture, agricultural management, the green sector
- Good command of English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Technical understanding of digital offerings and ordering processes
- Ability to work independently from a home office or co-working space
Travel requirements:
- Approx. 3 days per week in the field
- Around 30 overnight stays per year
- Two meetings per year at the head office in Denmark
Requirements:
- Category B driving licence
